'Let Food be thy Medicine and Medicine be thy food'
(Hippocrates)
Many people don’t make the connection between the food they eat and the quality of their health.
The truth is, that the food we eat everyday, combined with our lifestyle habits (sleep quality, stress levels etc) all have direct effects on our energy levels, mood, how we look and feel, the ability of our body to guard against and fight disease and ultimately on our ability to train effectively and achieve our sporting goals.

MY MISSION
I am passionate about the power that dietary and lifestyle changes can have on every aspect of our health and athletic performance.
As each one of us is biochemically unique, a ‘one size fits all’ nutritional approach cannot work for everyone. Therefore, a personalised nutrition programme could potentially be the missing link to help you to optimise your health. It may also help you to get the most out of your training, maximise your recovery or deliver you peak performance at your next sporting event or competition.
I can work with you to develop a personalised nutrition plan that addresses your personal needs, considering your current health status, the demands of your training schedule and lifestyle and your dietary preferences or requirements i.e. food allergies, sensitivities or intolerances, veganism, vegetarian, etc.
